I am a hawker and my work requires me to toil through all day long. During my younger days, I used to indulge in excessive eating and drinking to reward my hardwork but at the experse of my health In 1980, I was diagnosed to have suffered from diabetes and hypertension. In spite of sticking to

medication for years, I still had to endure frequent bouts of dizziness, fatigue, nervousness, numbness in the hands and legs, and blurred vision.

Besides, I also discovered that my memory was failing substantially. Al times, I would experience insomnia, so much so I had to lie on the bed with my eyes opened till the next morning.

By 1996, I was hospitalised for ten days as my blood pressure had shot up to 160/100 mmHg and my blood sugar had also reached a dangerous level of 256. I was lucky to have survived. But soon after my discharge from the hospital, I found my poor vision to be deteriorating from bad to worse. Even though I had undergone 4 times of aser surgery on my eyes, the results were far from satisfactory. The conditions had inflicted me with so much torment and suffering that at one time I almost gave up hope in life.

In 2002, I had the opportunity to know Lingzhi and Pollen of Shuang Hor. Upon learning more about the products as presented by Taiwan Gold Diamond Mr Lin Shen Chang, my confidence was boosted and I began to consume Jia Hor Lingzhi and Jia Hor Natural Pollen on a regular basis. 

In the initial stage, I took 4 capsules of Lingzhi and 8 capsules of Pollen for 3 times a day. After six months of consumption, the conditions of my diabetes and hypertension were markedly improved. 

Today I lead a healthy life of full vilalily with no more recurrence of insomnia.
