"Mereka hendak memadamkan cahaya Allah (agama Islam) dengan mulut mereka, sedang Allah tidak menghendaki melainkan menyempurnakan cahaya-Nya, sekalipun orang-orang kafir tidak menyukainya."

Upon the revelation of this verse, the Prophet ﷺ gathered Fatimah, Ali, Hassan, and Hussain under his cloak and prayed, 

"O Allah, these are my Ahlul Bait, so remove impurity from them and purify them thoroughly."

"By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, faith does not enter the heart of a person until he loves them (the Ahlul Bait) for the sake of Allah and for the sake of their kinship to me."

Sayyidina Ali bin Abi Talib (RA): The Prophet ﷺ said to him at GhadirKhumm, 

"Whomsoever I am his master (Mawla), Ali is his master." (Sunan at-Tirmidhi).

He was also described as the "Gateway to the City of Knowledge.

"Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (RA): 

The Prophet ﷺ profoundly expressed his love for his grandsons, stating, 

"Hassan and Hussain are the leaders of the youth of Paradise." (Sunan at-Tirmidhi).

He also said, 

"Hussain is from me and I am from Hussain. Allah loves whoever loves Hussain."
